Even those of a lower standing get into a fluster over “on the hop” guests
Rounding up tables and chairs , and knives and forks
Vexing the poor chefs into what seems like tears
As they send the kitchen staff into the deep freeze and larder for
Those extra servings of meat and veg
If they’re stood there waiting….its the chef that gets told off

Not the guests – who as customers are always right….
