New year reflection

Salford via newbold Verdon, 31st December 2017/1st January 2018

The arrangements made, the bags packed

On a mission to bring some new year joy to my sister and nephews

The kitchen filled with goodies

The kids filled with anticipation

Even the dogs knew something special was happening

Roasted ribs in barbecue glaze cooked slowly

In the oven, alongside a piece of pork

Next to it…prepared for a long time on the lower tray

Games a plenty before watching a film and all Lang syne
