Biting into an unsweetened cocoa bean
Is an experience left best to the professional
Tasting it – is hard to describe
The flavour is there – but there’s no sweetness to it
Even the growers prefer it roasted and served in a cup with sugar
Rounded flavour – No – wait till they’ve gone to the chocolate factory
