Sentimental

Its too easy to get sentimental nowadays.

I say this from a position of safety.  Memories of Days gone by fill my room.  Whether it be the series of notebooks on my bookshelf to the photographs of events gathering dust in a box in a cupboard

Ceramic Mugs with Cartoon Characters on them, Paperbacks from Comic authors, long gone – but happily remembered.

Old Cards from Birthdays and Christmas long ago.  Character pieces from places up and down the land.

Photographs in frames accompanied by little pottery pieces – reminisces of my journey across the Irish sea and camps up and down the Northwest of England

Snowglobes and Character scenes…A Walt Disney Print and a Painting adorn the wallspace – The painting is by an artist simply known as “C.Todd”, One day I might frame my efforts and they’ll be a painting by “B.F.Kirkham” on the wall – till that day comes – the painting stays where it is.
