Another trip to Neverland…

With me visiting hospital recently this poem brought back some memories!

I hit the pillow,
drift off to sleep
and then out of the window,
with bears do I leap.

Onto a ship on its way to the clouds
shiny and bright with its crew that are proud.
Off to a place, hidden behind stars
Sunnier than the Moon, Venus and Mars

And passing by Orion, he gives us a wave,
as he tells animals in th’sky to behave.
and we drift away to our place of reach
our dream location – a lovely beach

Honeycomb sands and lemonade seas,
lime drop palms and friendlier bees.
A place where its sunny, and never too hot
a place for a teddy bears picnic spot
