What’s Black and white and Red all over ? a sunburnt Zebra! (sic)
When ever I think about an animal with Stripes, I always think about two particular animals….the tiger and the zebra
The tiger is Orange and Black (or is that black and orange ?) whilst the Zebra is Black and White (or is that white and black?). Both hide in the Undergrowth for protection using this camouflage
Now while I’ve only ever seen these two animals at the Zoo, there is a stripey animal who is quite happy to be living around you and I. I am referring to your tabby variety of pussy cat
Just remember to treat it right – or its ancestral character will come right out!
Its funny how a couple of steps, or a turn of the body can change the view of what you are capturing.
I was stood by the pontoon of the watersports centre on Salford Quays, when the Canada Geese came up the centenary walkway for their elevenses.
In they came one after the other, heading for a grassy spot by the pontoon where a water bailiff had generously left some bird food across it. They all ate like royalty, and then waddled back down the walkway to the watersports centre, where they hopped in and out of the canal basins
A couple of Shots from the Lens of my Nikon Camera
The First shot – taken at IWM Duxford, in Cambridgeshire, Taken from under the wing of a Lancaster Bomber.
The Second Shot….setup of experimental shots with BASIC Clicks, capturing Water Movement. This shot was a bit of a group effort, as each part of the shot from pouring the water to setting up the deflector took 1 person each in its creation
They say Diamonds are a girls best friend but a floral bouquet always catches her eye brightly coloured tokens from a friend or significant other always brings a smile if not the tongues wagging in the office
